Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pizza Chef Manager to oversee our busy kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, managing food production processes, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pizza dishes.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimise efficiency and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Monitor kitchen performance, provide feedback, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food production, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting specialising in pizza or similar cuisine.
• Supervising experience with a track record of effective team management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent culinary skills with a focus on pizza preparation and general kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
• A passion for delivering outstanding food quality and customer satisfaction.
