Key Responsibilities

  • Full 360 recruitment role (Business Development + Candidate Delivery)
  • Building and developing your own specialist desk within our niche markets
  • Generating new business through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn and referrals
  • Managing the full client lifecycle — from winning terms to placement
  • Sourcing senior-level candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and headhunting
  • Negotiating fees, offers and closing deals
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients globally (we’ve placed in 15+ countries)
  • Creating job adverts and marketing campaigns to attract top talent
  • Becoming a true market specialist within your sector
