Rotating shifts across Monday-Sunday between 7am - 10pm, planned in advance with enhanced pay for unsociable hours

£24,784.50 per annum + quarterly bonus (OTE £28,000)

We are hiring a Placement Coordinator to join Scottish Nursing Guild who are a market leader in last minute healthcare staffing needs.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the specialist care they need by matching healthcare professionals to critical client requirements. Working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, you'll build lasting relationships with nurses, support clients during urgent staffing challenges and be part of a team that directly impacts patient care every day.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate healthcare staffing bookings, matching workers to client requirements and ensuring accurate shift management.

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery, compliance, and the effective resolution of incidents and issues.

• Drive service improvement and business growth through feedback, promotion of digital tools, and achievement of team KPIs.
