Hours: Full-time

Salary: £27,500 per annum (pro rata)

Start Date: Immediate start available

Looking for more than a typical summer job?

We are a growing manufacturing group employing over 200 people across four sites on the island of Ireland. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and capable student or recent graduate to work directly with senior management on a range of projects across the Group.

This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience, take ownership of meaningful work and develop skills that will be valuable throughout your career.

What You'll Be Doing

You won't be making coffee or sitting on the sidelines.

Instead, you'll be involved in projects that could include:

  • Improving manufacturing and business processes
  • Analysing operational and commercial data
  • Supporting engineering, technology and automation initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
  • Researching and evaluating future business opportunities
  • Working with managers across operations, engineering, commercial and finance functions

The exact projects will depend on business priorities and your own strengths and interests.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are naturally curious, analytical and willing to challenge themselves.

You may be studying:

  • Engineering
  • Computer Science / IT
  • Data Analytics
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Economics
  • Business
  • Another numerically focused discipline

More important than your degree is your attitude. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative and wants to understand how a successful business operates and grows.

Occasional travel between Group locations may be required. A driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

What You'll Gain

  • Direct exposure to senior leaders and decision-makers
  • Responsibility from day one
  • Experience working on real projects with measurable impact
  • Insight into manufacturing, engineering and business management
  • Practical analytical and project management experience
  • Potential future placement, graduate and career opportunities within the Group

If you're looking for a summer placement where you can learn, contribute and challenge yourself, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Your degree and current stage of study
  • Why the opportunity interests you
  • Any relevant project, technical or analytical experience

Immediate start available. Applications will be reviewed as received.

Pay: £27,500.00 per year
