Full job description

Multi Trade Operative for Social Housing Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishments.

L&J Fitters are looking for an experienced and reliable self employed Multi-Trade Operative to join our team, Working on the refurbishment of Kitchens and Bathroom refurbishments within social housing properties in Boston and surrounding area.

The successful candidate must be skilled across multi trades with particular experience in plaster patching and tiling and be willing to be flexible to meet our daily work programme.

Key Responsibilities.

Carry out plaster patching and repairs.

Wall & floor tiling

General multi- trade maintenance & refurbishment work

Assisting with various aspects of kitchen refurbishments.

Working efficiently and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Following the daily programme and adapting to changing work requirements.

Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.

Essential Requirements.

Proven multi-trade experience.

Good plaster patch and tiling skills.

Experience in other associated trades.

Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work to a daily programme.

Full UK driving licence.

Own vehicle.

Valid CSCS Card.

Current Asbestos Awareness certificate.

Face-fit tested mask or hood.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work has a good eye for detail, is hardworking and reliable and can work independently while being part of a wider team.

Pay will be dependant on experience.
