Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Labourer and be a vital part of building exceptional structures! This energetic role offers you the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial developments, utilizing your hands-on skills and enthusiasm. As a Construction Labourer, you'll contribute to the successful completion of projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding to support various construction tasks
  • Support trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, carpentry, plastering, welding, and fabrication as needed
  • Follow schematics and blueprints to help with framing, drywall installation, or masonry work
  • Perform site safety checks and adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
  • Help with construction painting and finishing tasks to ensure quality results
  • Support team members in fabricating materials and performing basic carpentry or masonry tasks

Experience

  • Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is advantageous
  • Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, welding, or masonry will set you apart
  • Ability to read schematics or blueprints is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential
  • Previous experience with construction painting or fabrication can enhance your contribution to our team
