Full job description

Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a North Essex based Housing association who are recruiting for a full-time General Builder/Plasterer within Occupied properties covering the Colchester area

£23-24 per hour CIS.

Salary £36k per annum permanent

37 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Company vehicle provided. Max 6 points. No DR, DG or IN license endorsements.

Initially on a 3 month temporary basis leading to a full time contract position.

Key objectives of role:

You will carry out works such as, but not restricted to plastering and general building repairs work on social housing domestic properties.

- To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.

- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a
high standard of workmanship.

- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating
with the scheduling teams.

This is a mobile engineer role covering housing association properties in Colchester and the surrounding areas.

Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. Van and fuel card provided.

Applications are welcomed for this role from those with a minimum of either full trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience.
