At Mantis we are looking for someone highly driven, ambitious and technically sharp who is ready to play a key role in delivering low-carbon retrofit and energy efficiency solutions to domestic buildings.
As a company, we have grown to an exciting point since being established in 2018 and are continuing on an ambitious high-growth journey. As our Retrofit Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of domestic construction projects while helping drive our shared vision of meeting the UKʼs 2050 Net Zero Carbon Targets for Buildings.

Typically, your projects will involve the retrofit of domestic properties across social housing portfolios, private rented sector homes and owner-occupied properties. Measures may include structural works, fabric improvements, low-carbon heating systems, ventilation systems and renewable technologies delivered under a whole-house retrofit approach. We anticipate that you will take great pride in the quality of your work and all associated project deliverables.
