Multi Trader / General Builder

London

£32–£35 per hour (£50,000+ OTE)
Full-time | Ongoing Work

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader / General Builder to join our growing insurance and reinstatement team in London.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential and no need to source your own jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working on insurance claims across residential and commercial properties, including:

  • Rip-out of fire, flood, and accidental damage
  • Strip-out of kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring
  • Preparation works for drying and restoration
  • Full reinstatement and property repairs
  • Bathroom and kitchen fitting
  • General building and finishing works

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader or General Builder
  • Strong skills across multiple trades
  • Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
  • Basic plumbing and electrics
  • Plastering, tiling, and decorating
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools
  • Good communication and professional manner

Experience in insurance reinstatement is a bonus but not essential.

Pay & Benefits

  • £32–£35 per hour
  • Approx. £250 per day
  • £50,000+ realistic annual earnings
