Full job description

Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Peterborough (PE Postcodes)
Salary: £37,002.35 per annum + Company Van
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:30)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Plasterer to join a busy property maintenance team covering Peterborough and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role offering a company van, consistent work, and a competitive benefits package.

Working within residential properties, you'll carry out a variety of plastering repairs and maintenance works while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within domestic properties and communal areas
  • Complete work in line with specifications and health & safety requirements
  • Conduct pre and post-work inspections
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work
  • Work closely with supervisors, schedulers and other trades
  • Support apprentices and contribute to team targets where required

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering
  • Previous experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to cover Peterborough and surrounding areas

Desirable

  • Experience supporting or mentoring apprentices
  • Additional trade qualifications
  • Social housing experience

Additional Information

  • Basic DBS check required (paid for by us)
  • Travel across neighbouring areas may be required
