Responsibilities

  • Assist plasterers with preparation and application of plastering materials.
  • Handle and operate hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site.
  • Support the team in achieving project deadlines.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with material deliveries and storage.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience or knowledge of construction or finishing trades is preferred.
  • Ability to handle hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations on site.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in plastering support roles.
  • Valid UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
