Full job description

Bespoke Facilities Management Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable self-employed Plasterer to support the delivery of services across our client sites in Birmingham, Worcester, Warwickshire and north Gloucester region and the surrounding areas.

With a secured 10-year contract, we can offer a consistent pipeline of work and the opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with an established facilities management company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Internal plastering and patch repairs
  • Skimming walls and ceilings
  • Making good following maintenance works
  • Plasterboard repairs and preparation
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
  • Liaising professionally with clients and site representatives

Essential Requirements

  • Self-employed and CIS registered
  • Proven plastering experience
  • Own tools and reliable transport
  • Public Liability Insurance in place
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Desirable

  • CSCS Card
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Experience working within commercial and occupied properties
