Location: West Midlands

Job Summary: TMA Property Maintenance are seeking experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team working on a long term Social Housing Structural Repairs contract. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable and expanding contractor delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment work to occupied and void residential properties.

As a Multi-Trade operative, you will be carrying out a variety of structural and maintenance works including:

  • Fire and Flood Damages
  • Brickwork and blockwork repairs
  • Concrete repairs and reinstatement
  • Plastering and patch repairs
  • Basic carpentry and joinery
  • Tiling and flooring repairs
  • General building maintenance
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Kitchen fitting & Bathroom Fitting
  • UPVC windows and doors

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in multiple trades within the construction or social housing sector
  • Full driving License, transport and tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction related trade
