Full job description

We are looking for a full-time Multi Skilled Tradesperson or team to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople due to several new contracts we have over the next 5/10 years, A driver's licence, own transport and own tools are essential

The ideal candidate will have worked in the building trade for at least 3 years, ideally hold a relevant qualification and have experience in some of the following:

  • Void Property Refurb
  • Fire Doors installation
  • Patch plastering/ dry wall
  • kitchen and bathroom
  • carpentry
  • painting and decorating
  • tiling
  • property repair and maintenance
  • plumbing
  • UPVC Window & Doors
  • Rehanging & replacing internal doors

Our customer base is mainly local councils, housing associations, Letting Agents, home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions.

We are looking for candidates who are hardworking with a can-do attitude, punctual, well presented, with a friendly attitude, the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in.

We are based in Rugby but you will be required to work in different areas within CV/ WR/B post code areas. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (approx 40 hours per week) - but flexibility maybe required occasionally.

A driver's licence, own transport and own tools are essential.

You will be taken on via a self-employed basis on the CIS scheme
