Job title: Drylining Operatives – Boarders, Tapers/Dabbers & Skimmers (Self-Employed)

Location: Wrexham

Job type: Self-employed / Contract

Cheshire Drylining Ltd is looking for experienced boarders, dabbers and skimmers to join our teams on new-build housing sites across North Wales and the North West of England, with work based in and around Wrexham.

We have a steady pipeline of new-build work and are looking for reliable, skilled operatives who take pride in a quality finish.

Roles available:

  • Boarders – fixing plasterboard to walls and ceilings, including metal stud and MF ceilings
  • Dabbers – dot-and-dab boarding to blockwork
  • Skimmers – skimming walls and ceilings to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Own transport (essential)
  • Proven experience in drylining and/or plastering on new-build sites
  • Own hand tools
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work to programme
  • Good standard of workmanship and a tidy approach on site
