Hunters’ client is a well-established business, looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join their team.

Multi-Trades – Reactive Repairs & Voids - The Role
  • Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
  • Complete void property works and refurbishment where required.
  • Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating.
  • Diagnose problems and identify practical solutions.
  • Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Manage your own workload and jobs from start to finish.
  • Record completed works using a PDA/mobile job management system.
Multi-Trades – Reactive Repairs & Voids - The Fit
We’re looking for an experienced multi-trader with a strong background in residential property maintenance.
  • Proven experience working within social housing or housing association environments.
  • Strong carpentry and plumbing skills.
  • Experience across plastering, decorating and general maintenance.
  • Able to work independently and solve problems using your own initiative.
  • Reliable, professional and quality-focused.
Desirable Experience -
  • Non-slip vinyl flooring, including cap and cove, flat lay and Polysafe.
