Position: Plasterer
Salary: £15.80 to £17.90 p/h
Hours of work: Full time, minimum of 37.5 hours p/w with overtime available

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer/Joiner to join our team, working across domestic and commercial properties. This is a mobile role, primarily covering sites across the Midlands, with flexible working hours to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities for a Plasterer Coalville:

  • Travel to sites (predominantly Midlands-based) to carry out reactive and planned works
  • Work flexibly, including potential early starts and overtime where required
  • Complete a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
  • Fitting plaster board
  • Dry lining
  • Plastering
  • Patch plastering
  • Rendering
  • Sealant works
  • Basic joinery such as repairing / replacing doors and frames
  • General reactive maintenance
  • Undertake snagging works as part of refurbishment and upgrade projects
  • Maintain high standards of finish and workmanship at all times
  • Contribute positively to customer satisfaction and ongoing client relationships

Skills and experience needed for a Plasterer in Coalville:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastering and joinery, or plastering and multi trade
  • Must be able to plaster rooms to a high standard
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Multi skilled joinery and carpentry is beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence
