Salary: £38,610 per annum
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, 45 hours per week
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

Paragon Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a reputable Property Services contractor who are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join their team on a full-time basis.

You will be working across a reactive and planned maintenance programme, carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance within domestic social housing properties throughout Bedfordshire.

The Role

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and repair work while providing an excellent level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out plastering works, including repairs to walls and ceilings, within domestic social housing properties.
  • Assessing jobs and completing works efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring all work is completed within required timescales and to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer service.
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Travelling to multiple properties and locations across Bedfordshire to complete works.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Previous experience working as a Plasterer or within a relevant trade.
  • Either a full trade apprenticeship, NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, or a proven track record demonstrating suitable trade experience.
  • A strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.

Please note: This role involves travelling to multiple places of work, so a full driving licence is essential.
