Trainer Coach - Plumbing & Gas (Apprenticeships)

  • Location: East London
  • Contract: Permanent, full‑time (36 hrs/week)
  • Salary: £39,319 - £41,521

Role Overview

  • Deliver and assess Level 3 Plumbing & Gas apprenticeships
  • Support learners in workplace + on campus
  • Conduct progress reviews, observations, and portfolio workshops
  • Coach apprentices towards EPA and workplace competence

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit apprentices on-site (employer engagement essential)
  • Assess and support learners against apprenticeship standards
  • Track progress and complete documentation & reports
  • Support curriculum development and resources
  • Deliver coaching in core skills, behaviour, and work readiness

Requirements

  • Level 3 Plumbing & Gas qualification
  • Assessor qualification (CAVA / A1)
  • Industry experience in Plumbing & Gas
  • Experience assessing/training apprentices
  • Full UK Driving Licence (site visits required)
