Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

Location: Field Based, Northwest Region

Salary: up to £43,000 dependent on experience

Due to continued growth and company success over the last 12 months Lancashire Gas Services are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to work regionally serving our commercial clients.

Who are we?

Lancashire Gas Services is a well-established company providing quality gas appliance installation, servicing and maintenance. Our client base includes health authorities, local councils, education authorities and local businesses.

All our engineers are ‘Time Served’ fully qualified ‘Gas Safe’ certified industrial and commercial gas and heating engineers.

Our Gas engineers are trained to deal with all types of commercial and industrial services, emergency breakdowns, scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and minor breakdowns. Also, our engineers are DBS checked and are certified to work safely and securely in the health and education sector around children and vulnerable adults.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance and repairs

- Mechanical knowledge for understanding gas system components and operations

- HVAC experience for installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

- Carpentry skills for constructing support structures for gas systems

- Pipe threading expertise for connecting gas pipes

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environment
