WH Group is growing its subcontractor network and we are looking for reliable self-employed maintenance teams and trade contractors to support planned and reactive works across the Midlands to the South West.

We work across commercial, hospitality, retail, secure and defence premises, social housing, void properties and high-end rental properties.

Teams and individual subcontractors are welcome.

What you’ll be doing

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works across a varied FM portfolio, including general repairs, void works, remedials and trade-specific jobs. All works will be issued with agreed scopes, site details and reporting requirements.

  • Fire door installers and inspectors
  • Electrical contractors
  • Plumbing contractors
  • Commercial flooring contractors
  • Commercial catering equipment engineers
  • HVAC engineers
  • Fire and security contractors
  • Reactive maintenance teams

What we’re looking for

  • Public liability insurance and relevant trade insurance
  • Relevant accreditations, qualifications or strong time-served experience
  • Ability to provide RAMS, certificates, photos and completion reports where required
  • Own tools, transport and PPE
  • Professional, reliable and customer-facing approach
  • Ability to work to agreed scopes, SLAs and site rules
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check where required for secure sites

Relevant accreditations may include NICEIC, NAPIT, Gas Safe, F-Gas, fire door certification, fire and security accreditations, catering equipment qualifications, flooring experience or equivalent trade-specific evidence.
