Plumbing & Lecturer Wanted at Salt College! Are you an experienced tradesperson in plumbing work? Ready to inspire the next generation and pass on your skills? Salt College is looking for an experienced and passionate Plumbing Lecturer to join our team and help learners achieve industry-recognised qualifications.

The Role:

  • Teach and support learners aged 16+ in Plumbing up to Level 3
  • Share your real-world experience and practical knowledge in a hands-on environment
  • Guide a diverse group of students, including those with SEND and EHCPs
  • Foster confidence, skills, and career progression in every learner
  • Working with apprentices, Adult learners and school leavers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified in Plumbing
  • Solid trade experience and a desire to teach, train, or assess
  • Experience teaching Level 2 Plumbing and Electrical qualifications
  • Experience working with or supporting SEND learners (ADHD, ODD, ADD, Autism, etc.)
  • Commitment to inclusive and accessible education
  • Qualified Lecturer or QTLS
