Full job description

Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Tradesman for a permanent full-time position to work on a variety of projects in Brownhills and the surrounding area.

The main duties of this role will be to work on a variety of projects across a number of businesses, these include property refurbishment and maintenance, building maintenance, new business ventures and assisting existing retail construction business in related activities

The role will be predominantly based at our Brownhills location or the surrounding area for example, Walsall, Lichfield, Rugely but not limited to. There will be an expectation to occasionally travel to a construction site to undertake a specific activity such as shuttering or stud work, etc.

The ideal person will be an experienced in carpentry with the ability to perform other maintenance/multi trade duties such as basic electrics/plumbing

The Ideal candidate will also hold a valid CSCS card with their own vehicle and tools are essential.

You must be hardworking, reliable, punctual, have good communication skills and the ability to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Must have good knowledge of all aspects of maintenance work. There will be an expectation to carry out other tasks such as driving.
