Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial projects and new build residential developments. This role requires a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with project specifications and current regulations.
  • Carry out first fix, second fix, and final fix plumbing on new build developments.
  • Install hot and cold water services, waste systems, and sanitaryware.
  • Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install pipework, fittings, and fixtures accurately.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics to ensure correct installation.
  • Conduct routine inspections, fault finding, and repairs to maintain system performance.
  • Work closely with site managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial and/or new build residential plumbing.
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CSCS Card (preferred).
  • Current Gas Safe registration (preferred)
  • Own hand tools (preferred).

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
