Job Title: Legionella Plumbing Specialist
Location: West Midlands (within 15 miles of WV10 9RT)
Salary: £27,758 up to £36,000 (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Availability: Immediate Start Available
Note: Currently trialing a 4-day working week

What You'll Be Doing
As a Legionella Plumbing Specialist, you will support our clients with a wide range of plumbing services and remedial works in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 Part 2. You will carry out Legionella Plumbing and TMV Planned and Remedial tasks appropriate to your competency, training, and experience.
Typical duties may include:
- Monitoring and maintenance of water systems in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 Part 2
- General Legionella and Water Hygiene Duties
- TMV Service - Level 1 and Level 2
- Thermotap and Exposed/Concealed Shower Service
- Expansion Vessel and HWSV Purge (standard and remedial)
- Tap and Injection Point Installation
- TMV Remedial Installation/Replacement
- Unvented Cylinder Service and Installation
- Repair/Replacement of Ball Valves, Keraflow Valves, PRVs
- Dead end removal and deadleg/bib tap removal
- CWSC removal, conversion, replacement, and refurbishment
- Site water isolation and shutdown/reinstatement
- Installation and commissioning of concealed/exposed showers
- Expansion Vessel Installation
- Pressure and Temperature Relief Valve Replacements
- Secondary pump installation
- RPZ Installation and Servicing
- Installation of single and multiple point water heaters
- Use of company tablet for recording all works on our system

Essential

Desirable
- Knowledge of AcoP L8 and HSG 274 Part 2
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience
- Experience in water hygiene, compliance, or plumbing engineering
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Awareness of water systems, TMVs, and unvented/vented systems
