NBK operates in Norfolk & North Suffolk, from two kitchen & bathroom showrooms located in Norwich & Diss. We are seeking a skilled and experienced bathroom Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We offer a professional and friendly working environment with a great team spirit. Duties

• Carry out installations of products in accordance with company guidelines and client specifications to include: Bathroom fittings, tiles, shower panels, bathroom cabinets and fitted furniture, LVT flooring
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and used safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including any issues encountered and resolutions applied.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be fully skilled in the following areas: Plumbing (domestic heating & hot and cold systems), wall tiling, basic carpentry, floor laying an advatange but training will be given in any case.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• A valid driver's licence is a necessity for travel between job sites.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes is essential.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
