Full job description

JC GAS (PARKSTONE) LTD have a full time vacancy for a qualified Senior Gas engineer covering Poole, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas on a full time employed basis. We are a family run company (established in 1982) located in Parkstone, Poole, Dorset.

Applicants must have all required gas qualifications and be confident in boiler fault finding and diagnostics with at least three years experience as a qualified engineer. Qualifications in both domestic and commercial would be of an advantage but not essential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • All necessary up to date Gas Safe Qualifications -CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, WAT1
  • Full Driving license
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as qualified gas engineer
  • Ability to work to a high standard for both gas and plumbing works
  • Good communication skills and a good customer rapport
  • Knowledge of Gas Safety Certificates to legal standards

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

  • Uniform, fuel card and vehicle will be provided and maintained by JC GAS
  • Weekly Pay
  • 20 days paid holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
  • Ongoing training, support and the opportunity to increase qualifications paid for by JC GAS
  • All local work. Overtime available during busy Winter months
  • All renewal qualifications paid for by JC GAS
  • Contracted 40 hours week
