What you’ll be doing:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations
  • Install, repair and maintain domestic water systems
  • Complete plumbing works associated with energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
  • Install sanitary ware, pipework and associated systems.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations, company procedures and manufacturers guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and site teams.
  • Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, health and safety and resident care at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • SVQ level 3 Plumbing & Domestic Heating (or equivalent) or,
  • City and Guilds in Domestic Plumbing.
  • Time served plumber with proven experience in domestic properties.
  • Experience working with social housing, planned maintenance or retrofit enviroments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of job monitoring systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Meticulous level of detail in line with our quality as standard ethos.
  • Required to work as part of a team.
  • A full UK driver’s license is essential.
