Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee various plumbing/heating and renewable projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. This role requires the ability to effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Utilise project management software to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Facilitate communication among team members using tools such as Confluence and SharePoint to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  • Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer needs.
  • Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and optimise project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a senior role, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Basecamp or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
  • Familiarity with Workday or SAS is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in product development is highly desirable.
