Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oil Heating Engineer/Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing oil heating systems and plumbing fixtures across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, practical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties

  • Install, service, and repair oil heating systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating equipment and plumbing installations
  • Diagnose faults in heating and plumbing systems and carry out necessary repairs or replacements
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Assist with the assembly of new systems and components as required
  • Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely during installation or maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organised following health and safety protocols
