Join MBL Projects as a Plumber & Heating Engineer (Full-Time, PAYE)

Are you a skilled Plumber & Heating Engineer looking for a new challenge? MBL Projects is expanding its in-house Plumbing Division, and we’re seeking a dedicated professional who takes pride in their work. This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll be "on the books" (PAYE), joining a talented, energetic team.

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in plumbing and natural gas work (required). You’ll be solution-oriented, proactive, and thrive on getting hands-on with the team to deliver great results for our clients.

Our Work and Clients: With a varied client base—architects, commercial clients, developers, and homeowners—MBL Projects undertakes an array of projects. Most of our work is in unoccupied properties being renovated or newly built.

Projects You’ll Work On:

• Complete plumbing for barn conversions, new builds, and hotel constructions
• Specialised plumbing projects like Underfloor heating, boiler swaps, system upgrades, and bathroom installations

Key Responsibilities:

• First and second fix installations for bathrooms
• Full heating installs and re-pipes, from initial pipework to radiator setups
• Underfloor Heating Installations
• General plumbing maintenance and repair
• Gas Qualification required (additional fuel tickets for ASHP, Oil & LPG are a plus)
