You will be part of a core team of which we are now building at Sands & Vossen, to work closely together with each other and assist in production quality outcomes to the directors high specifications.

We operate around Devon & Cornwall in Private properties and holiday homes.

The role; Main Duties, Plumber, Bathroom Fitter

· Carryout a on-site induction with the company customer director

· Complete specific layouts and designs provided by the CC Director

· Complete removal of the existing suite and identify structural issues.

· Carryout pipework installations to the designed and pre-agreed layout.

· Construct Studwork and plaster boarding ready for tiling.

· Tanking wet areas with BW1 Tanking Paint.

· Complete Floor preparations ready for tiling

· Prepare ceilings for plastering with Greetgrit adhesion solution

· Paint and decorate ceilings/walls and woodwork

· Return to complete second fix of bathroom Fixtures and Fittings ready for handover to the CC Director.

Liase with the CC Director to outline any Additional Works Orders required to forefill the company planned project requirements, identifying and coordinating the remedial works required to achieve the highest possible finish and seamless inconvenience to production and customer disruption.

Assess methodologies and efficiencies to assist quality progression.

Requirements
- Experience as a Plumber/Bathroom Fitter or similar role
- Knowledge of carpentry, painting, and reading schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to build partitions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

This is a self-employed role with 6 months of rolling projects ahead as we increase our companies expertise.

Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour
