Victory Bathrooms | Bathgate / West Lothian
£18–£22 per hour, depending on skills and experience
Full-time, permanent | 40 hours per week | Weekly pay
Company van and fuel provided

We’re looking for an experienced bathroom fitter who takes pride in quality workmanship and looking after customers’ homes.

You must be a plumber or joiner by trade, competent in both bathroom plumbing and joinery, and hold a full UK driving licence.

You’ll fit complete wet-wall bathrooms and carry out first- and second-fix plumbing and joinery for tiled bathrooms. We have a separate tiler, so tiling is not required.

Your responsibilities

  • Strip out bathrooms and prepare for installation.
  • Complete bathroom plumbing and joinery.
  • Fit wet-wall panels, furniture, baths, showers and sanitaryware.
  • Coordinate with our tiler and other trades.
  • Keep customers’ homes protected and work areas tidy.
  • Report progress, flag problems early and complete installation checks.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven bathroom-fitting experience.
  • Strong plumbing and joinery skills.
  • Quality finishing and attention to detail.
  • Reliability, good communication and a professional manner.
  • A full UK driving licence.

What we offer

Hours: 40 hours per week. Additional hours or Saturday working may be required to finish bathrooms on schedule. Extra hours are paid alongside your weekly wage.
