As a Plumber in our water team, you will play a crucial role in delivering on our vision. Visiting customers’ homes across areas including Guildford and Kingston Upon Thames, you’ll be responsible for installing meter save devices on outdoor water meters, resolving leaks, and ensuring exceptional service. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule while meeting installation targets and contributing to our mission of reducing water waste.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve project installation targets with precision and efficiency.
- Install meter save devices
- Maintain accurate records on our project specific CRM system.
- Provide clear and helpful post installation guidance to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is always delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Need
- Qualifications: Plumbing Level 2 minimum (EUSR Water Hygiene certification is a bonus).
- Experience: Domestic plumbing expertise with a customer-first mindset.
- Skills: Great communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Driving: A full UK driving licence (DBS certification can be provided by us).
