Job Title: Senior Plumber

Salary: up to £35,000
Location: Predominately on the road, North of England however some installations will require travel across the UK
Shift: 39 hours, Monday to Thursday

What you’ll be doing:

Manage a team of installers but also happy to support installs if required.

This role is predominately on the road, carrying out installations in the North of England but could require travel across the UK. Candidate must be happy travelling to installation across the UK to carry out various installation work, and manage a team of installers and when required support the installation.

• Install new heating systems, replace radiators, and fit net Global Energy Systems Air Source Heat Pumps
• Grow and develop with the company, provide training and development to future individuals as the company grows.
• Interface politely and confidently with a mixture of clients from the domestic to commercial sector
• Work well in a team but just as affectively on their own.
• Have the ability to problem solve.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with every aspect of our service.
• To be available to participate in standby or call out rotas.
• Carry out installations across the UK
• Manage a team of installers.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during an installation or maintenance site visit.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ensure all site working areas are left tidy and clean.
• Ensure all activities carried out are ethical, meet H&S regulations and comply with company procedures.
• Ensure your area of responsibility complies with the Environmental Management System

Your skills and experiences:

• Fully qualified to install, commission and sign off unvented heating systems with 3 years’ experience.
• Previous experience with Air Source Heat Pumps (Desirable)
• Managerial experience
• Driving licence
