IMMEDIATE START FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Hoey Caravans is looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic colleague to work at their Head Office site in Morecambe..

This role is to provide site maintenance in this growing company. You should have experience in general repairs, joinery,, plumbing, painting etc. A clean driving licence is essential, and you will have access to a company vehicle.

You should be motivated to work efficiently with little supervision. Initiative, flexibility and team-working are essential requirements of this post.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on caravans and rental properties
- Fabricate or repair items as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or related role
- Ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, tiling, carpentry, gardening and painting
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
