The Opportunity

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and professional Head Installation Engineer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role offers genuine long-term progression, with the potential to move into a senior leadership position as the business continues to develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality plumbing installations, specialising in water softening systems (full training provided where required).
  • Carry out system changeovers, servicing, and maintenance work.
  • Work confidently with a range of pipe sizes (15mm–65mm), including soldering and press-fit systems.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, presentation, and customer care at all times.
  • Adapt to varying daily schedules depending on job requirements and locations.
  • Support additional tasks when required, including filter changes and occasional salt deliveries.

  • Flexible approach to working hours and job demands.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred clean)
