Full job description

Twinheat Services is a growing plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and renewables company based in the Amber Valley area. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and wants to develop their career. For the right applicant, we can provide training in renewable heating systems and help you gain your F-Gas qualification.

The role will include:

  • Boiler servicing, breakdowns and repairs
  • Boiler replacements and heating installations
  • General plumbing and heating work
  • Radiator and cylinder replacements
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Bathroom and plumbing installations
  • Completing job sheets, certificates and photographs
  • Working in customers’ homes and on commercial sites
  • Future involvement in air-conditioning and renewable installations

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be an experienced plumber and heating engineer
  • Hold relevant plumbing and heating qualifications
  • Be Gas Safe registered or qualified to become registered
  • Have strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Produce neat, high-quality work
  • Be reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be interested in developing skills in air conditioning and renewables

Experience with heat pumps, air conditioning or renewable systems would be beneficial but is not essential. Training can be provided for the right person.
