• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to assemble components and fixtures accurately
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate, performing necessary repairs promptly
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large equipment or materials required for system installations or repairs
• Operate commercial vehicles for transporting tools, materials, or equipment to various job sites in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Document work performed through detailed reports and logs for future reference and compliance purposes

Skills

• Proficiency in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance techniques with solid mechanical knowledge
• Skilled in welding, assembly work, and the use of hand tools and power tools for various tasks
• Strong understanding of heating systems including boilers, radiators, pumps, and thermostats
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, quantities, and system specifications
• Experience with carpentry tasks relevant to fitting fixtures or modifying structures as needed
• Capable of heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting equipment between sites
• Familiarity with basic plumbing codes and safety regulations necessary for compliance
