Due to continuing expansion within our Building and Facilities Management company we have a new vacancy for a Multi skilled Trades Person to join our existing team on a permanent basis.

We provide services to a wide range of commercial clients and pride ourselves on being a leader within this sector consistently providing a very high standard of work across all trades. This position is only open to applicants who will uphold our values and strive for continual improvement.

The ideal applicant must be able to undertake a wide variety of activities both on their own and within a team environment to a high standard including:

  • Plumbing, bathroom and Kitchen installation and tiling
  • Site finishing and silicone application

Required to a good standard

  • Painting & decorating
  • Joinery & building
  • Drain clearing & maintenance
  • Roofing repairs
  • Landscaping & ground works
  • Driving & materials collection/delivery
  • Etc

The role will include working as part of a busy team and providing support to our existing tradesman on a wide variety of Building and Facilities Management projects.

This role is extremely varied and offers an excellent opportunity for someone to develop a wide range of different skills. This role will at times be physically demanding with some heavy lifting, weekend work and overtime.

All candidates must be well organised, well presented and self motivated with excellent communication skills and confident working as part of a team and interacting with clients and the public.

This role is currently for a sub contract position with own van but the work is offered on a long term basis with a possible pathway to full time employment in the future. Use of one of our company vans would be considered for the right applicant.

At least 5 years experience in the building trade is essential.
