Job Opportunity: Property Maintenance Operative

Are you skilled, reliable, and ready to make a difference?

DS Projects , a trusted business in North Lincolnshire , is looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Operative to help us maintain our exceptional standards across our contracts

What You'll Do: - Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including joinery, plumbing ,tiling, painting and more. - Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. - Communicate effectively with tenants to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain company vehicles and adhere to safety standards.

What We're Looking For: - Strong communication skills to work with both customers and team members. - A keen eye for detail and a “We Can Do It” attitude. - Problem-solving abilities and excellent time management. - Experience in joinery, plumbing, decoration, and general building maintenance. - Full UK driving license.
