Plumber – Refurb of Student Apartments & Townhouses

Location: Canterbury

Pay: £29 per hour CIS (depending on experience)

Hours: 40–50 per week (extended hrs available as the job comes to a close)

Duration: 3 weeks work

Start Date: Immediate

TimesGroup Ltd are looking for experienced Plumbers to join our team on the refurbishment of 100+ student apartments and townhouses at Parham Student Village, Canterbury.

This is straightforward, repetitive installation work.

Materials will be readily available, and the work has been planned to allow operatives to move efficiently from property to property with minimal downtime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plumber
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing (preferred)
  • CSCS/Skill Card
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Experience working on refurbishment projects
  • Reliable with a high standard of workmanship
