You'll be responsible for:

• Installing, servicing and repairing renewable heating and hot water systems.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Completing replacement works and system upgrades.
• Producing clear technical reports where further work is required.
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Working across domestic, commercial and educational properties throughout the South East.

Skills to Demonstrate:

• Strong diagnostic and practical expertise in plumbing and heating systems.
• Practical experience with low-carbon and renewable technologies is highly desirable but not essential.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills when dealing with clients and tenants.
• Commitment to maintaining exceptional safety standards.
• Adaptability to work across residential (HAs/LAs), commercial, and educational environments.

Qualifications:

Essential

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (
• G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check

Desirable

• ACS Gas Safe qualifications
• Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps or other renewable heating technologies
• Water Regulations knowledge
• Energy Efficiency training
