This is the role where you will be have the independence as a Property Maintenance Operative Trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally businesses in the world. As a Property Maintenance Operative Trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Teaching hands-on maintenance, joinery repairs, basic plumbing maintenance

· Teaching painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, installation and ground maintenance

· Individualised coaching to learners

· Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance

· Guide learners to successful completion of their Property Maintenance Operative

· Establish and maintain a leading training programme

Key Requirements:

· Experience with hands-on maintenance, joinery repairs, basic plumbing maintenance

· Experience with painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, installation and ground maintenance

· Good organisational skills

· Ability to travel
