- Reactive Maintenance: Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns, identifying issues and carrying out repairs or arranging appropriate external support where required.
- Site Upkeep: Assist with general upkeep and appearance of the M-Sport site, ensuring buildings and external areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Facilities Support: Support the wider Maintenance team with day-to-day requirements and general site related tasks.

- Health & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with M-Sport’s health and safety procedures.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report faults, defects and maintenance requirements to the Site Manager.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support building, facilities and site improvement projects as required.

Essential Criteria & Skills:
- Building Experience: Previous experience within a general building, maintenance, property or facilities environment.
- Practical Skills: Good practical skills with the ability to undertake a variety of general maintenance and building tasks.
- Problem Solving: A practical and proactive approach to identifying faults and finding effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A high standard of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Good understanding of health and safety requirements when carrying out maintenance and building work.
- Organisation: Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple maintenance requests and priorities.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the Maintenance team and business.
