No prior enforcement experience is required. We provide all the tools, training, and support

you need to succeed.

PLEASE NOTE; CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE A FULL UK DRIVINGE LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A VEHICLE.

The Role

As a Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive field-based training program. Once qualified, you will operate in the field, engaging with members of the public to execute court orders, negotiate payment plans, and resolve outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Learn from the Best: Shadow an experienced Enforcement Agent mentor during your

field training.

· Ethical Enforcement: Conduct property visits to negotiate payment arrangements in

line with company and client guidelines.

· Compliance & Detail: Ensure all actions adhere to the Tribunals, Courts & Enforcement

Act 2007. Correctly log notes, photos, and fees into our case management system.

· Community Welfare: Identify vulnerable individuals and strictly adhere to safeguarding

policies to ensure fair and ethical treatment.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role requires a unique blend of assertiveness, empathy, and resilience. You do not need

enforcement experience, but you do need transferable life skills.

· Professionalism: A smart appearance, a good level of physical fitness, and high ethical
