Full job description

Motorclean is a vehicle preparation company that provide valeting and various services to car companies across the UK. We have an opportunity for two Self Employed Car Valeters to join our valeting team based at a busy car dealership in Chichester.

Pay: Pay per car with typical weekly earnings between £550 - £800 per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 & Saturday 08:00-13:00

What we are looking for:

  • Responsible driver with full driving licence
  • Experience as a professional Valeter
  • Reliable, consistent, and ready to work
  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Team player who communicates well, even under pressure
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, active work

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard
  • Pre-soak, wash, dry and polish/ wax exterior
  • Clean and vacuum interior including seats, windows, carpets, mats, dashboards
  • Dress tyres
  • Apply protective/ ceramic coatings to exterior and interior when required
  • Check vehicles for damage and report to Management
  • Maintain valeting tools
  • Handle chemicals according to Health and safety procedures
  • Keep valet areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Move vehicles safely on company grounds
  • Prioritise workload and communicate to relevant department
