What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Supporting the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory and compliance risks across the organisation
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of risk registers and risk frameworks
• Assisting with risk mitigation planning and the implementation of control measures
• Conducting risk assessments and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders
• Supporting compliance monitoring and the preparation of regulatory reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand risk exposure within their functions
• Helping to maintain and update risk documentation and policies

What you could bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks
• Experience in risk assessment, compliance support or a related regulatory role
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate risk findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification, or willingness to pursue it
