Alpha Stream Limited is looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team operating from Poole (BH15).

What You'll Earn

  • £128.70–£154.44 per completed route
  • £5–£20 daily performance & safety bonuses

Your Van Is Provided

You do not need to own, buy or rent a van to work with us.

The Role

You'll be delivering parcels to customers across local delivery areas while providing a reliable and professional service.

  • 9-hour routes
  • Afternoon start times
  • 4–6 days per week
  • Weekend availability required
  • Local delivery areas

No previous delivery experience? No problem. Full training is provided to help you get started.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Maximum 6 penalty points
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good level of English
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Available for afternoon/evening routes
  • Weekend availability
