About Us
Crust Bros started back in 2014 with one guy, a dream, and a serious love for pizza.
Our founder, Joe, swapped the 9-5 office life for the buzz of the restaurant world,
jumped on a plane to Italy armed with nothing but a notepad, an empty stomach and
a mission to find the perfect dough. Six weeks (and a lot of pizza) later, he was back
in London slinging slices on the streets of Shoreditch — and Crust Bros was born.
Fast-forward through pop-ups, street markets we’re now proudly serving up
authentic, fast, great-value Neapolitan pizzas in Waterloo, The Prince in West
Brompton and in our new restaurant in Covent Garden — with plenty more to come.

What We’re Looking For
- A track record of hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Floor Manager in a high volume restaurant.
- An eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
- Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — keeping the energy high and the team focused.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and being part of something that stands out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take charge of daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across service, kitchen and front of house.
- Lead, mentor and coach your team
- Monitor and deliver key performance metrics.
- Create a culture where energy, accountability and fun coexist — people want to come, people want to stay.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, health & safety, regulatory and company standards.
- Spot operational improvements and innovation opportunities — you’ll be thinking ahead, not just keeping up.

Location
London – Covent Garden. We’ll need someone who can reliably commute or
relocate before starting. UK work authorisation required.
