Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will play a critical part in keeping vessel operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting day-to-day coordination across multiple stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will play a critical part in keeping vessel operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting day-to-day coordination across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Vessel manifest management:
- Produce and maintain manifests across multiple vessels
- Liaise with contractors to gather required information (VISSIM)
- Coordinate and submit finalised lists to vessels on time
- Operational coordination:
- Act as a central point of contact for contractor information
- Chase outstanding data and ensure accuracy and compliance
- General administration:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team
- Maintain organised records and documentation
- Document control:
- Ensure documents are up to date, accurate, and properly stored
- Support compliance requirements across site operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment
- Confident communicator, comfortable chasing information from stakeholders
- Previous administration or document control experience preferred
- Experience working in a site-based or operational environment is advantageous
