Full job description

Boutique Hotel Group owns three luxury hotels and wedding venues set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. We currently have an opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Inglewood Manor.

Reporting to the Head Chef your main duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the running of back of house
  • Operating a busy pot wash machine
  • Ensure the kitchen is of an exceptional standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Manage tasks as per cleaning schedule, and ensure that tasks are completed to the standard required
  • Ensure all procedures and policies, standards and training are carefully followed at all times
  • Report directly to the Chef on duty

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
